The first 200 dogs to register will receive a complimentary treat bag of Beggin Strips courtesy of Purina. It’s free to enter and the best-dressed dog will take home 4 VIP Passes to the Purina Pet Parade VIP tent at the February 2022 Pet Parade (a $500 value)

Barclay will be visiting the Laclede’s Landing Howl-O-Ween Party but only 10 lucky pets who pre-register will be randomly drawn to win the Meet and Greet and get their photo taken.
