Al Fresco – A Free Outdoor Concert Series
On Saturday, Sept. 4, from 4 to 7 p.m., Al Fresco will perform for St. Louis’s free outdoor concert series. This concert series is put on by the National Blues Museum. The concert is located on the corner of Washington Avenue and 6th Street.
Before attending the concert, visit Laclede’s Landing to enjoy some of St. Louis’s best eateries. Laclede’s Landing has a lot of parking availability and a MetroLink station that can take you to the concert’s location.
Brunch Cruise on the Gateway Arch Riverboats
Take a Brunch Cruise with Gateway Arch Riverboats on Sunday, Sept. 5! Gateway Arch Riverboats allows customers to admire the Mississippi River while enjoying the sounds of a live Dixieland band—and of course, a delicious brunch buffet. Here are the details of the Labor Day Weekend Brunch Cruise:
Boarding time: 12:30 p.m.
Depart time: 1 p.m.
Return time: 3 p.m.

St. Louis Cardinals vs. the LA Dodgers at Busch Stadium
The St. Louis Cardinals are set to take on the Los Angeles Dodgers at Busch Stadium in a four-game series starting Monday, Sept. 6. Busch Stadium is home to the Cardinals and is located in Downtown St. Louis—only a MetroLink stop away from Laclede’s Landing.
Don’t have tickets to the game? No worries! Come hang out with us at Big Daddy’s on The Landing, The Lou Eats and Drinks, or Morgan Street Brewery to watch the big game!
Ride to the Top of the Gateway Arch
Have you ever taken a tram ride up to the top of the Gateway Arch? If you’re afraid of heights, this may not be the best activity for you since the Arch is over 630 feet tall. However, if heights are your thing, it offers a great view of the city that you can’t find anywhere else!
Eat Ice Cream on the St. Louis Arch Grounds
After touring the Laclede’s Landing Wax Museum that has over 250 life-size wax figures of your favorite celebrities and historical figures, grab some ice cream to go and snack on it at the Gateway Arch National Park grounds!
Remember to pack a blanket if you want to lay on the grass. If you forget it, no worries! There are plenty of benches to sit on at the Arch grounds as well.
Take Your Dog to the Nestle Purina Laclede’s Landing Dog Park
Looking to spend Labor Day weekend with your furry friend? Laclede’s Landing recently opened Nestle Purina Laclede’s Landing Dog Park for your pet to run around and release some energy!
This dog park is free to the public for you and your pet to enjoy daily—on and off their leash. Each Saturday, there’s also a line of beer and food trucks for humans to enjoy while dogs play and socialize.
